There is a need for more gluten free products in the market place – not only to cater for people suffering from intolerances - but it is emerging as a healthier option since wheat free products are easier to digest.
During development, our aim was to produce a gluten free range that was as good as, or better than, the wheat containing versions available. We believe we have been able to achieve this while still maintaining our unique flavour and soft texture profile.
